Mark Simmons
A business and technology graduate, studying engine efficiency, development of a power turbine generator for Africa and numerous electronic and software control designs. Having in-depth and extensive commercial knowledge gained from first-hand experience in many ground breaking projects including: Artificial Intelligence space defence systems, oil exploration and airspace tracking and early warning architectures.

He has a proven record of accomplishment in many sectors and has pioneered several, unique and diverse solutions typically creating a sale value in excess of £25 million. As well as undertaking business trouble shooting roles for major corporations. As an entrepreneur true at heart, has developed with skilful sales and marketing initiatives for a variety of companies, before embarking on his MBA at Warwick University.

A writer, who was recognised as the 5th most quoted person in the UK press during 2001 for his controversial, technological and political articles and contributions. A keynote speaking at director events leading to European events for health officials in Vienna. Recently, developed a range of international business partnerships, leveraging a route to market successfully.

In 2003 he put his business activities on hold and took a sabbatical to travel the world. Now he sees what the world needs now.

In 2006 he returned to the UK determined to use his experience and business skills to ensure that ethical and environmental businesses can prosper and succeed in an entrepreneurial Britain. Bioener G Ltd is the result of that new focus.
Brian White
Brian has a long track record in environmental innovation. He was responsible for the introduction of the first Borough wide door to door recycling system in the country which was introduced in Milton Keynes in 1990.

As a Member of Parliament he was involved in a number of key energy bills including the Utilities Act 1998 and the Energy Act 2004. His key contribution was making sure that regulators took into account the interests of both consumers and citizens and were transparent in their decision making.

Also, he is unique in being one of a select few who have seen their Private Members Bill enacted when the Sustainable Energy Act became law in 2003.
