adding their bio diesel to the generator - adding their little bit of fuel to power
the event. Guests will be escorted to a drinks reception with canapés
prepared on the premises to minimise ‘food miles’.
An enormous globe of ice sculptured in the shape of Planet Earth will be on
display and melting under green and blue lights throughout the evening to
represent the melting of the ice in the pole and to visually dramatise the speed
at which it is melting. There will be ice luges situated throughout the venue
for guests to enjoy some ice cold drink shots.
Two life size (6ft) edible flamingos sculptures created by top London artist
Rebecca Hawkins will be unveiled at the event and are designed to represent
the harm global warming has and is causing to animals all over the world.
Ultimately it’s not the animals fault but they are suffering as a direct result of
mankind. The sculptures will be completely covered from beak to feet in
sweets, chocolate, fudge and fruit supplied by Lidl Supermarket. Guests can
help themselves to the yummy treats! The enormous sculptures will be a
feature at all 12 Club For Climate Events to help reinforce the message they
represent. Organisers plan to auction the sculptures at the end of the 12
months events to the highest bidder and all the money raised will go to Pure –
The Clean Planet Trust. Event organisers had been working with a Welsh
artist who had agreed to create a life size camel but she got the hump and ran
away! So we went bird watching instead, and pulled! Hooray!
Celebrities and party goers will be able to enjoy an indoor swimming pool and
Jacuzzi. A chocolate fountain will be flowing all night. An Ice Cream Machine
will provide yet another cold addition as guests will be able to enjoy a double
cone whippy with a flake compliments of Club For Climate! The aromatherapy
pamper room will provide a quiet chilled place to experience Clairvoyant
readings by Witch to the stars – Sue Miller Rolt and a variety of massage
treatments by Wellbeing’s qualified masseur Faye Dawson. Kryptic
Movement’s top choreographer Supple will be performing with 7 dancers
throughout the evening. Kryptic Movement have worked with Madonna, Lilly
Allen, Jamoriquai and All Saints among many international stars. An
exclusive sensational performance by the entertaining Cheeky Girls will pave
the way to dance grand finale in which the party will become completely
interactive and some surprises are in store. Top Ministry DJ Steve Andrews
will be treating guests to an awesome set of music which promises to set a
new standard to club music in London and throughout the country.

Tickets will cost between £20 and £50 and at least 30% will support Pure.
